Mini-splits differ from central systems in a way that matters for service: each indoor head is its own zone with its own controls, and the outdoor condenser needs a correctly sized dedicated circuit and a disconnect of its own. The equipment side and the electrical side are genuinely one job, which is why we handle both under the same two licenses rather than coordinating with an outside electrician.

- Single-zone and multi-zone installation
One outdoor unit can serve a single indoor head for one room or several heads across multiple rooms. We recommend the layout after seeing the spaces you actually use. - Sizing to the space, not the square footage alone
We measure the rooms and account for the sun load that makes some spaces run hot, so the system is matched to the load rather than oversized. - Line set, condensate and mounting work
Mounting the indoor heads, setting the outdoor unit, and running and sealing the line set between them. - Diagnostic and repair
From minor fixes to more complex faults on the indoor heads, the outdoor condenser, or the controls. - Tune-ups and performance checks
Cleaning the air filters and exterior unit, checking the condensate drain line, temperature and pressure checks against manufacturer specification, refrigerant level checks, and inspection of the electrical connections. - The dedicated circuit and disconnect
Older or full panels sometimes need attention before a new circuit can be added. We scope that in the same visit rather than referring you elsewhere.
