Breeze Air, Heat & Electrical has repaired and replaced gas and electric furnaces across Fort Worth and the northeast Tarrant mid-cities since 2012. A furnace here has an unusual job: it sits mostly idle for eight or nine months, then a hard freeze arrives and it runs flat out for days. That pattern is what our three heating services are built around, and the page you need is linked below.
The long idle stretch lets dust settle on burners and flame sensors, and the sudden sustained demand exposes every weak part at once. The freezes are rare, but they hit every house on the block at the same time, which is exactly when repair schedules fill up. That is why we treat the pre-season tune-up as the real heating service and the emergency repair as the thing it is meant to prevent.
Across the three services below, this is the scope of work:
Want financing but don’t know where to start?
Our team can help you find options that work for you.
Three services cover the life of a furnace. Pick the one that matches where your heating system is right now.
No heat, cold air from the vents, short cycling, a burning smell, a yellow burner flame, or a breaker that trips on startup. We work the startup sequence to find the real fault, then show you what we found before quoting the repair.
The pre-season tune-up: detailed inspection for wear and safety hazards, cleaning the blower motor and burner, adjustments and airflow checks, and carbon monoxide safety testing before the first cold snap.
Replacement and new installation. We assess the heating load, recommend Armstrong Air or Lennox equipment sized for the house, install to local code and manufacturer specification, then test the system and show you how to run it.
For over 25 years, Breeze Air, Heat & Electrical has been a trusted name throughout our community. From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: deliver honest, dependable service backed by skilled technicians who treat your home like their own. That commitment has earned us the loyalty of countless local families and businesses who count on us to keep them comfortable and safe year-round.
But you don’t have to take our word for it — see what your neighbors have to say. The reviews you’ll find here reflect the quality, care, and professionalism we bring to every job, big or small.
A short, intense heating season produces a predictable set of faults:
A large share of furnace failures are electrical rather than mechanical, and the fault often sits on the line between the furnace and the house wiring. A furnace that gets no power at all might have a failed control board, or it might have a bad breaker or a damaged circuit. Breeze holds HVAC license TACLA42955E and electrical license TECL34012, so if the problem turns out to be the panel or the wiring we are licensed to repair that too. Our electrical services cover the rest of that side of the house.
A furnace is not the only option, particularly for a space the ductwork never reached. A heat-pump ductless mini-split heats and cools the same room without extending ducts, and if your home uses an all-in-one rooftop or ground-mounted system rather than a split system, see our packaged unit services.
Whether the furnace has already quit or you want it checked before the next freeze, contact us to get on the schedule. If you would rather have the spring and fall visits booked for you, ask about the Service Membership Program.
