Your ductwork moves every cubic foot of air your family breathes indoors, and in Fort Worth that system runs nearly year-round between a long cooling season and winter heating. Breeze Air, Heat & Electrical provides duct cleaning across Fort Worth and the northeast Tarrant mid-cities using Roto Brush technology, a rotating-brush-and-vacuum method that dislodges debris from the duct walls and captures it at the same time. Just as important: as an HVAC contractor first, we will tell you honestly when duct cleaning will help your home and when your money is better spent elsewhere.
Duct cleaning is genuinely worth doing in specific situations. These are the clearest cases:
And when it does not help: if your ducts are in decent shape and you change filters regularly, cleaning them is unlikely to make a noticeable difference in your air or your bills. Duct cleaning is not a cure-all, and it is sometimes sold as one. If the real problem is leaky duct connections, a clogged evaporator coil, or inadequate filtration, we will tell you that instead of selling you a cleaning - those fixes live in HVAC maintenance and indoor air quality work, not in a brush.

Our team can help you find options that work for you.
For over 25 years, Breeze Air, Heat & Electrical has been a trusted name throughout our community. From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: deliver honest, dependable service backed by skilled technicians who treat your home like their own. That commitment has earned us the loyalty of countless local families and businesses who count on us to keep them comfortable and safe year-round.
But you don’t have to take our word for it — see what your neighbors have to say. The reviews you’ll find here reflect the quality, care, and professionalism we bring to every job, big or small.
Dirt inside the ducts and leaks in the ducts are different problems, and Fort Worth homes, where most ductwork runs through a hot attic, commonly have both. Here is what each one looks like from inside the house:
When we are in the ductwork to clean it, we see its condition firsthand - and if we find disconnected joints, crushed flex duct, or leaks, we tell you, because sealing those usually does more for comfort and operating cost than the cleaning itself.
Ductwork sits at the intersection of two things homeowners care about: the air they breathe and what the system costs to run. On the air quality side, contaminated ducts act as a distribution system, picking up dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores and delivering them to every room. Cleaning removes that reservoir. But ducts are only one link in the chain - filtration, humidity control, and a clean evaporator coil matter as much or more, which is why we look at the whole picture. Our indoor air quality page covers the filtration and purification side.
On the efficiency side, heavy buildup narrows the effective duct passage and coats blower components, making the system work harder to move the same air. Removing it helps the system breathe. Leaky ducts are usually the bigger energy story, though: conditioned air dumped into a 130-degree attic is simply wasted. That is why a duct cleaning visit from Breeze doubles as a condition assessment, and why we pair it with regular AC maintenance so the equipment connected to those ducts stays clean and tuned too.
Breeze uses Roto Brush technology rather than manual brushing or high-pressure air alone. At the heart of the system is a rotating brush on a flexible shaft that travels through the duct runs, dislodging and agitating debris stuck to the duct walls. A vacuum captures the loosened contaminants at the same time, so they are removed from the system instead of blown deeper into it or into the house.
