HVAC and Electrical Under One Licensed Local Roof

Breeze Air, Heat & Electrical Services is a dual-licensed HVAC and electrical contractor that has served Fort Worth and the northeast Tarrant mid-cities since 2012. Most homes need both an air-conditioning company and an electrician at some point, and most homeowners end up calling two. Breeze holds both licenses, so the same local company that keeps your home comfortable also handles the wiring, the panel, and the circuits behind it. One call covers both trades.

We are an independent, locally run business based at 2402 Gravel Drive in Fort Worth, TX 76118, a location that sits between Fort Worth proper and the mid-cities to the northeast. That puts us close to the neighborhoods we serve, and it means the people who answer the phone and the people who do the work are the same small local team, not a call center routing you to whoever is nearest.

Two Licenses, One Contractor

Breeze carries both trade licenses the State of Texas requires for this work. We do not subcontract the electrical side to one company and the HVAC side to another. The same business is accountable for both.

  • HVAC license TACLA42955E
Our heating and cooling work is performed under a Texas air-conditioning and refrigeration contractor license. It covers furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, packaged units, and the indoor-air-quality equipment that runs alongside them.
  • Electrical license TECL34012
Our electrical work is performed under a Texas electrical contractor license. It covers panel work, circuits, EV chargers, surge protection, generators, lighting, ceiling fans, and the rest of a home's wiring.
  • One company, both trades
When a job crosses both trades, such as adding the circuit for a new system or upgrading a panel to carry a heat pump, the same licensed contractor plans and performs both parts of the work.

Reviews From Our Customers

One Call, Both Trades

The reason a dual license matters to a homeowner is simple: heating, cooling, and electrical work overlap constantly, and splitting them across two companies creates the seams where problems hide. A new air conditioner draws a large electrical load. A heat pump may need a circuit the old furnace never did. An EV charger or a generator runs off the same panel that already powers the HVAC system. When one contractor handles all of it, the electrical side and the comfort side are planned together instead of each assuming the other has it covered.

That is what "one call, both trades" means in practice. You explain the problem once. The same company that sizes the system also confirms the panel can carry it, runs the circuit, and pulls the right permits. There is no second number to call, no second crew to schedule, and no finger-pointing if something needs a second look. For the homeowner, it is fewer appointments, one point of accountability, and a team that already knows the whole electrical and mechanical picture of the house.

What Dual Licensing Means for You

A contractor licensed for only one trade has to stop at the edge of that trade. An HVAC-only company installs the equipment but has to hand off any real electrical work; an electrician wires the circuit but does not touch the system it feeds. Breeze does both under its own licenses, so the work is not split at the most failure-prone point: the connection between the equipment and the power that runs it. The load calculation, the panel, the circuit, and the equipment are all handled by one accountable contractor.

Heating, Cooling, and Electrical Services

On the comfort side we handle air conditioning, heating, mini-splits, packaged units, and indoor air quality. On the electrical side we handle panel work, EV chargers, whole-home surge protection, generators, lighting, and ceiling fans. Because both trades live under one roof, the related work connects cleanly.

Local to Fort Worth Since 2012

Breeze has worked in this part of Texas since 2012, and the business is run from Fort Worth rather than managed from somewhere else. Being local is not a slogan here; it is what lets the same people answer the phone, run the assessment, and do the work. When you call, you reach the company that will be at your home, and the team that shows up already knows the area, the housing stock, and the way North Texas weather works on heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

That local footprint also shapes who we serve. Breeze is positioned for the northeast Tarrant mid-cities, the markets between Fort Worth and the larger metro that the bigger regional companies often treat as the edge of their territory. For those neighborhoods, a contractor based right in the middle of them is closer, faster to reach, and easier to deal with than a company headquartered a county away.

The case for Breeze is straightforward: one licensed local contractor for both the systems that keep your home comfortable and the wiring that powers them. You get a single point of accountability, a team that already understands the full electrical and mechanical picture of your house, and a company based in the area it serves rather than routed in from outside it.

About Breeze FAQs

  • Is Breeze an HVAC company or an electrician? Both. Breeze is dual-licensed, holding a Texas HVAC license (TACLA42955E) and a Texas electrical license (TECL34012). The same company handles heating, cooling, and electrical work, which is why we describe it as one call for both trades.
  • How long has Breeze been in business? Breeze has served Fort Worth and the surrounding area since 2012.
  • What areas does Breeze serve? Fort Worth and the northeast Tarrant County mid-cities, including North Richland Hills, Hurst, Watauga, Southlake, Bedford, Euless, Colleyville, Keller, Richland Hills, and Arlington.
  • Why does it matter that you hold both licenses? Heating, cooling, and electrical work overlap constantly, and a single licensed contractor can plan and perform both parts of a job rather than splitting it across two companies. That means fewer appointments, one point of accountability, and the electrical and comfort sides planned together.
  • What are your hours? We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 7pm.
