What the Lender Decides

Rates, terms, and approval decisions are made by Service Finance Company, not by Breeze, and they depend on the financing solution that fits your application. That is why we do not publish rates or payment figures on this page; the application is where those details are presented to you. What we handle is the project side: a written, itemized estimate so the amount you are financing reflects the actual scope of the work.

If you want to finance, we walk through the options with you before any work begins, so the decision is made with the full scope and number in front of you rather than a guess over the phone.

Because Breeze holds both the Texas HVAC license (TACLA42955E) and the Texas electrical license (TECL34012), a project that crosses both trades can be planned and estimated as one job. A new system that needs a panel upgrade to carry it, or an EV charger that needs 200-amp service first, becomes a single project with a single estimate instead of two contractors and two separate bills.
